Today I ordered the Arashi Anniversary Tour 5x10 DVDs (Japan Version) today from YesAsia. I can hardly contain my excitement. My only regret is that I did not order two items so that I could get a free Japan mini capsule toy. Maybe next time. They even had KHR ones available. (Alternatively, they had Super Mario Galaxy ones, and well, Arashi CM tie-in lololol.) Of course, that was still so much money for me that it will probably be a while before next time. It's supposed to ship in 6-14 business days, but I put down my home address, so it's going to be over a month before I actually get to hold it in my hands, but that's okay. Maybe I'll ask my parents to email me when it arrives.

And when I do get my hands on it, <3. Over 4 hours of Arashi. It's going to be beautiful. There's the minor problem of figuring exactly how to watch a Japanese DVD, but that shouldn't be too hard. They make guides on the internet of how to take care of that without even buying any new devices for a reason.

In class today, Habuka made multiple Harry Potter references while going over vocabulary, and since we were learning about Doraemon, we listened to songs from it and Yamashita gave us his Doraemon impression.　We also learned the Oni no Pantsu song. I'm not sure why. Oh, and the director of the program came to talk to us about what we thought our instructors were doing well and what they could improve on. Fun stuff.

If you watch it in your computer a notice should pop up that asks you whether you want to change your CD-room region, you just need to change it to Region 2 and that's it. Then, if you want to watch a movie that has any other region, the same notice will appear again, and you just change it again. However, be warned that you can only change it 5 times, after that it'll lock into whatever region you changed it last.
Of course, you can always try to hack it, but doing that will void your warranty.
If you want to watch it on a TV, then I think you can buy a Region 2 DVD player in walmart for a relatively cheap price. I'm not really sure about this one, since every Gackt Live DVD I have is All Region, so it plays fine in my DVD player, maybe it's the same with yours.

I think YesAsia was telling me that it was Region 2.

I've heard of being able to change the region on my computer before. I'll probably do that to first watch it if I can, check the warranty on my computer, and if it's run out, I might just go ahead and hack it. If not, I can probably just watch non-Region 2 DVDs on other devices.

My laptop actually has a pretty big screen as far as laptops go, so it won't be at all bad to watch it on it. ^_^

Yeah, pretty much every site has G's Live DVDs marked as Region 2, as well, yet the box is marked All Region. But I really don't know how JE works when it comes to this, so I really can't say if they do the same. ._.

Oh, then you can save that money for your next purchase. ^^
