If you watch it in your computer a notice should pop up that asks you whether you want to change your CD-room region, you just need to change it to Region 2 and that's it. Then, if you want to watch a movie that has any other region, the same notice will appear again, and you just change it again. However, be warned that you can only change it 5 times, after that it'll lock into whatever region you changed it last. Of course, you can always try to hack it, but doing that will void your warranty. If you want to watch it on a TV, then I think you can buy a Region 2 DVD player in walmart for a relatively cheap price. I'm not really sure about this one, since every Gackt Live DVD I have is All Region, so it plays fine in my DVD player, maybe it's the same with yours.
