I, uh, wrote fanfiction... And go figure, it's for something pretty obscure. Oh well, this is all just_bolognese' fault. Also, thanks to just_bolognese for the advice on this.

The fandom is Estate of Panic. It's a Sci-Fi channel original game show that's from the makers of Fear Factor and similar in that it involves people doing frightening and/or disgusting things to make money. It only lasted six episodes, probably because everyone in it is very obviously acting, but only the host is good at it. However, if you can endure some bad acting and don't mind moderately creepy/gross things, I'd say it's worth watching if only for the host. Disclaimer: I've only watched one episode
