xanithofdragonsI want to write a post on livejournal, but don't really have anything to post about. Or rather, there are plenty of things I could post about, but they don't seem good enough. I don't feel like doing much recently though. Maybe I need to give myself a project again. I guess it can be rambling post time again.
I decided to re-read the Harry Potter series over this summer, and finally got around to starting it a few days ago. I'm still on the first book though, and they still haven't even gotten to Hogwarts yet. I guess I'm just not in the mood right now. For reference though, I can read books of equal or greater length in under a day when I'm in the mood to.
It's been good for me to do fan translations, because I look up a lot of words I wouldn't bother looking up if I was just reading for comprehension. Just today, I learned that the original meaning ガキ, a word which is used to talk about kids, is hungry ghost/preta. 餓鬼
It's been a while, so unrelated video of the post time. I don't know what to think of my taste in music because I have no real reference. In the end, more than good vs bad music, there's music you like and music you don't like, right? Not that I know what good or bad music is.
